September 26, 2024 – Starting mid-day September 27, Knollwood Drive will be closed between Highway 105 and Cipriani Loop until September 29 for asphalt removal and placement of base course through the intersection. Businesses will be open during this time.
Access to businesses will be from Knollwood Drive to Cipriani Loop. Access to the Village Center Subdivision will be from Knollwood Drive to Cipriani Loop or Highway 105 to Morning Canyon Rd.
Knollwood Dr is expected to be closed again on or around October 11 for approximately two days for paving operations.
The estimated schedule is based on the current information available and is weather and resource dependent.
For the safety of the traveling public and construction crews:
· Please slow down and pay attention to signs and traffic control.
· Watch for workers and vehicles in the construction zone.
· Adhere to posted speed limit signs.
· Be considerate to other drivers trying to merge in.
· Your patience is greatly appreciated!
· Slower traffic is the best way to avoid accidents. If an accident does occur within the construction zone, and it is safe to do so, please stay out of the road and traffic; try to pull over and get to a side road.
