August 29, 2024 – El Paso County administrative and elected administrative offices and affiliated agencies will be closed on Monday, September 2, in observance of Labor Day.
The closure includes the following:
- El Paso County Assessor’s Office
- El Paso County Clerk and Recorder’s Office (all locations)
- All locations will also be closed August 30 – September 2, 2024
- El Paso County Combined Courts
- Offices of the 4th Judicial District Attorney
- CSU Extension
- El Paso County Department of Human Services
- El Paso County Public Health
- El Paso County Treasurer & Public Trustee’s Office
- El Paso County Coroner’s Office
- Coroner’s Office will also be closed beginning at 2 p.m. on Friday, August 30, 2024
- Pikes Peak Workforce Center
The El Paso County Department of Human Services will be closed September 2, 2024. Visit www.Colorado.gov/PEAK to manage case information, apply for SNAP (Food Assistance), or learn about additional programs.
Additionally, the Board of County Commissioners meeting on Tuesday, September 3, is canceled in observance of Labor Day. Regularly scheduled Board of County Commissioners meetings will resume on Tuesday, September 10 at 11:00 a.m., followed by the Land Use meeting on Thursday, September 12 at 9:00 a.m. Unless otherwise noted, all Board of County Commissioners and Land Use meetings will be held inside the Centennial Hall auditorium at 200 South Cascade Ave, Colorado Springs, CO 80903.
